- Demonstrating exercises and routines to clients at their homes, gym, outdoors, and online
- Explaining the benefits of personal training and balanced nutrition, and its relation to health
- Providing high level of support and encouragement to help motivate clients
- Providing information on general fitness and health issues
- Personal Training Certification is required, experience is a plus
- Understand principles of physical fitness and proper exercise technique
- Be a coach and motivator with the flexibility to recognise every client individuality
- Ambition and persistence in your desire to better yourself; excited and enthusiastic about growth and development
- Friendly and approachable, passionate about helping people
- Lives the lifestyle
- Up-beat and goal driven with positive personality
- Open to extensive training
- Attention to detail and excellent time management is a must
- Have strong engagement, good communication and active listening skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must pass background check
- Flexible schedule required
