ELIN Fitness Redefined® is an innovative in-home personal training company in the D.C. metropolitan. We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Online Personal Trainer to join our team. Our goal is to make fitness accessible to everyone, regardless of location, and to help our clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized, online training.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting virtual fitness assessments to determine clients\' needs and goals
• Developing and implementing customized exercise plans for clients
• Motivating and encouraging clients through virtual sessions and messaging platforms to reach their fitness goals
• Educating clients on proper form and technique during exercises
• Maintaining accurate records of clients\' progress and adjusting programs as needed
• Ambition and persistence in your desire to better yourself; excited and enthusiastic about growth and development

Requirements:

• Personal Training Certification is required, experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with clients of all fitness levels and abilities
• Ability to work with clients virtually, using technology platforms
• Passion for health and fitness and a desire to help others achieve their goals
• Must pass background check
• Flexible schedule required
